Thank you for shopping with Fashion Feet. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for the delivery of your orders and the associated costs.
1. No Refund Policy
Please note that all payments made for products and services are final and non-refundable. We do not offer cash refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
2. Shipping Areas
We currently ship island-wide across Sri Lanka. International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Shipping Costs & Payment Method
- Website Calculation: Please be advised that shipping fees are NOT calculated or added to your total at the time of checkout on our website.
- Payment of Shipping Fee: The shipping/courier fee must be paid in full by the customer directly to the courier personnel at the time of delivery (Cash on Delivery for the shipping fee only). The cost will depend on the weight of the parcel and the delivery location as per the courier service's rates.
4. Delivery Times
We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Remote Areas (Dushkara Palath): 3–5 business days.
- All Other Areas: 1–3 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, traffic, or courier service delays.
5. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
6. Delivery Issues
- Delayed Delivery: If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us with your order details.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives clearly damaged, please do not accept it from the courier. If already accepted, contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence.
- Wrong Items: If you receive a different item from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange to send the correct item.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us. Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery.
